Return Policy

Returns are heartbreaking both for buyers and sellers!

Though we understand that there might be some mismatch. We define our Return Policy for each product on its page. There are few products which are not eligible for returns. Please make sure to note if the product is eligible for returns. Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Check Shipping information for the eligibility of the product for return. The Allure Trinkets team must receive and approve your return request.

Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up. In case your merchandise arrives damaged, you should write to us at alluretrinkets@gmail.com.

You must take a photo of the damaged product with the Product code Number. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order. Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you an exchange or refund. A return shipping charges and a stocking fee of Rs.150 per order will be applicable for all returns except those received damaged. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded. All returns are subject to the discretion of Allure Trinkets Team. But we will try our best to help you.

Cancellation

We know its tough to decide to cancel Allure Trinkets products, still in case of unavoidable situations, Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing an order. The order may be cancelled by addressing an email to us with the order name and number. In the event an order is cancelled, which is accepted as cancelled then we will refund the money sent to us by you within 15 working days.
