1) Do you have return/exchange policy..??
Yes, we do have any return or exchange policy. Please Refer to the Return/ Exchange Section
2) I have received a Faulty/Wrong Item, What should I do..??
In case, you have received such an item, then you need to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product, through writing us on alluretinkets@gmail.com and WhatsApp's us on 7838801788 on Business Hours along with your purchase order number with product name and also email us at alluretrinkets@gmail.com. If we find the product has been damaged in the transit or we have send you the wrong product, then we will exchange it.
